Adobe Product registration - hand over?

Hi Community, 

I've bought a license of Adobe CS5.5 Design Standard some years ago. I'm not using it any longer. Is it possible to sell it / hand over to someone, who can use it? And how can I swap the Product registration to the new user? At the moment Adobe Homepage just says "This serial number is already in use.".

Please advice!
