Adobe programs crashing when printing to Fiery driver

Hi All

I have recently upgraded my printer to one with a Fiery, and every couple of files I print seems to crash Adobe Reader Pro or InDesign.  It will let me select all the options on print driver and then just before I can press the print button Reader will crash or InDesign will freeze

I am using a C165 printer and windows 11 desktop PC, is there something I can change to fix the issue?
