Adobe programs do not launch

All Adobe programs do not launch.

 

I uninstalled all programs, restarted the computer, reinstalled  again, and nothing, still wont work.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud Desktop App + all other apps you intend to use.  Requirements vary by product.

If you're on Windows, use right-click and select Run as Administrator.
