Hi! I go to a school that uses Adobe stuff on our laptop for our classes, I got a new PC at home and wanted to sit down and do some school work in Photoshop. When I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud It said I should buy all of the stuff again or I can test them. Our school pays for our Adobe products. For some reason on my Laptop I can see them completely fine but on this PC It tells me to buy it again.

I have just tried the logging out and then back in again to see If that works. Which It did not.

My friend has Adobe stuff on his PC which is connected to the school gmail that we use while mine doesn't.

Ask someone at your school how to install the school licensed program

to use your adobe id, sign into the cc desktop app using that adobe id http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if you need to install the cc desktop app, download from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you have trouble downloading, use the alternative download site at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

for others, install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you need info on how to sign in (or out), http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if you need to confirm/check your adobe id (and/or subscription), go here https://accounts.adobe.com
