adobe PSE 13 won't install on windows 7 home, but will install on windows 7 pro. error indicates 6.2.10.0 RIBS not supported. what is RIBS?

run the cleaner, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 and then try installing.
