Adobe Rep broke my machine!

I was chatting with a representative yesterday and they changed permissions on my machine in order to try and fix the problem. Now, not only is the original problem not fixed, but I cannot access any of my files on my Time Machine.

I am on a chat now and that person is telling me its a Mac problem.

The rep yesterday did not tell me to disconnect form Time Machine.  he changed permssipns on a bunch of folders that I cannot recall and now I can't access anything.

i am furious

Update - the issue has been escalated but I was told i have to wait until Monday at 10 AM.  Anyone else having this issue with their permissions?

I asked an Adobe staffer to contact you.  I think you just need to hold tight until after the weekend.  Sorry but that's the only advice I can offer you.

Hi Nancy,

Someone from Adobe on Google hangouts asked me how long I've been subscribed to Adobe CC and then said someone would email me "as soon as" ??? When I asked for further information about who would be contacting me I received no response.  The person on the Hangout did not identify themselves.
