Adobe resubscription not working

Hello,

I am trying to use my Adobe programs like Photoshop for my Graphic Design classes, and the program keeps prompting me with "Your photoshop cc license has expired." I am a college student and get the creative suite for free through my university, but I just cant seem to resubscribe. I keep trying to go through my portal, and Adobe lets me log in on their site. I do not know what to do. I already tried restarting my computer. At first, portal allowed me to resubscribe, and things were working fine for a little. After that, it went back to the way it was acting up before. What steps should I take in order to solve this?
