Adobe revoked my whole CS6 Suite Software after 8 years

Hi

I am very astonished.

I bought the license for CS6suite in 2015 at Onlineshop "ESD kaufen". I downloaded the version from adobe and licensed it with the bought license key.

I payed by invoice, and I still have it.

The shop was an enterprise in Spain called "Merchand ImPex SL"

I officially registrated my Software at Adobe.

the last month I rented the newer Premiere CC for a month, because needed some features that lacked in the old version.

Actually I got the hint: "Still 10 days trial" when opening my old version.

Yesterday I reached day 0 and now my  license for my old software is REVOKED!!!

 

Why didnt Adobe tell me that, when I registered it in 2015?? The Mechant ImPex enterprise is dead... No one to get my money back. I think, that's calculated

 

I bought CS6 in spite of CC was the actual version because  I wanted to OWN and not to RENT it. Im a freelancer. Cant pay every month for it! Now they offer me some special conditions to rent it....

 

For sure adobe dealed with "Merchant ImPex SL". It was good for business when there is a second marked with used licenses, same as for Cars, because more buyers will know, that they could sell later...

 

I feel cheated! I want my license back!

Actually, you broke it. Adobe might have revoked it but what happens is that Creative Cloud takes over the licensing of CS6. So it becomes part of the plan. Now you cancel the plan. No Creative Cloud and NO CS6. Resolving this can be very difficult, and of course CS6 is no longer supported. Some say CS6 has been blocked for everyone now. Possibly if you have a full system backup from before the unfortunate subscription you can go back? Not just a back up of /Applications, that won't do it.

when you bought it the license may have been valid and then later was invalidated, and you may have purchased from a scammer.  did you get a license transfer authorization from adobe?  if not, used adobe software is being sold without adobe permission.

 

but before you get to all that, what was the exact message you see when open an cs6 app?

what does it mean:

"did you get a license transfer authorization from adobe?!"

I got a key. I öecensed it. it worked. I gegistrated at adobe. And I also got updates and help...foe a while
