adobe revoked serial number

Just looking for some help,

Bought Adobe Phoptpshop CS6 years ago and I have had no issues with it.

I have installed it on 3 diffent computers and I have upgraded, and just did so last year.

Now I had to reinstall due to a harddrive issue and I'm being told "adobe revoked serial number".

I have the box and the serial number, I bought this through adobe years ago so not sure how my program is not a real copy.

Tryed looking for hours to be able to contcat Adobe support but they sure make sure you can't do that at all!!

I have reinstalled and nothing, just the same error.

Just sounds like an Adobe scam to me, force everyone to go to the cloud!

My wife got it for me, and she’s not 100% sure she thought she did.

Has to be about 7 years ago now.

It came with the box and I opened my account with Adobe to get it.
