adobe robbed me.. i'm still unable to download my purchase..
i purchased a download card for adobe elements 11. when i got home and tried to download it from "adobe.com/go/getserial" it gave me a key and a download link. when i clicked download, it went straight to a "404 page not found." i tried it 6 times and was never able to install. i tried returning the card but they claimed i had already used it, which was partially true BUT I NEVER DOWNLOADED THE PROGRAM THE LINK NEVER WORKED. i was referred to adobe support which has the worst service ive ever experienced. not only do you guys not have a free 1800 number to contact but the one thats available costs $40 dollars a call! i tried the free chat support 5 times before i finally got a person to listen to me. oh but instead of actually helpping me the tech guy disabled my serial number, said he registered the key to my account which he had not done. now when i go to "adobe.com/go/getserial" and punch in the key instead of showing me my serial number and a link that goes nowhere, it turns into an error message that starts with the word "null." i honestly had every intention of using this product but after this experience i find it very hard to continue to purchase software from adobe. I CANNOT AFFORD TO JUST IGNORE THE FACT THAT I SPENT $100 DOLLARS ON A DOWNLOAD THAT NEVER WORKED.. by the way my system can handle the software i tried the adobe elements 12 trial and it worked fine!!! i will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau or i shall contact the media if nothing is done to rectify this.. please from one human being to another all i ask is a solution. THIS IS FRAUD, I PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER RECIEVED!!!!
