Adobe's money-making company, be aware!!!

I purchased my first Adobe Premiere 6.0 in February 2002 and still have the original CD and a large user guide. always customer of adobe but recently, I purchased an Adobe product online, but it wasn't activated after I made the payment. I had to buy the same product again to complete a project. Is this the way adobe operate?Also, they keep sending bills every month and collect my payment.

We're sorry for the experience. There could be technical glitch during payment processing because of which you were asked to place the order again. 
I can see that you have an active Photography plan and a Premiere Pro plan. Has there been any unknown charge applied to your account?

Hi,

If you believe this was a technical glitch, why are you collecting payment twice? Additionally, I had a similar experience in the past, and my funds were never refunded to my bank account. Are you always trying to make money by blaming technical issues? I'm sure that because Adobe doesn't have any competition in the market, we can't buy any other product, and they are taking advantage of this.

I regret to inform you that the current approach to conducting business is not acceptable. I will endeavor to communicate this to a large audience.

what product did buy recently and from whom did you purchase?

 

and no adobe app that needs activation is ever automatically activated.  the owner needs to activate.
