Adobe says Activation is on 3 PC's?

I have 2 PC's with CS4

I deactivated one (Win XP), removed it, and reinstalled onto a new PC (Win 7)

CS4 kept crashing on Win 7.

Maninly Premier and After Effects, locks then crashes

Drives were corrupted and everything was backed up to another drive.

New C drive installed

I slowly installed CS4 program by program and each time did a Windows Image backup to another back up drive

So far now crashes of CS4 but won't activatate, gives me 30 days and say I have it on 3 PC's
