Adobe says I am a thief .... and I can't protest

I paid a colossal amount of $$$ for all the CS6 updates (they won't let me consolidate into a single CS subscription) and now Adobe says the programs I bought are counterfeit.  I bought them through the Adobe web site, so it isn't a middleman problem.  Anyone have any advice?

    Unfortunately, this was not an installation glitch.  Adobe gave me a message saying specifically that my software was "counterfeit."

    Please try the document offered by Mylenium in message #2.  This error can indicate that the download did not complete successfully and is corrupted.
