Adobe tricks customers into signing year long contracts that they must then pay a large fee to get out of.

They offer you one month for free but neglect to tell you that you will then be charged 30 dollars a month for the next year.

It is hard to understand why a company with such great products resorts to such cheap measures to rob consumers rather than let there products speak for themselves.

This John guy posts the same thing on every post about this scam, honestly go back and look through some other posts on this topic and you will see this response or one equally as stupid saying 'Its all REALLY clear'.

He's not the only one repeating their answer to this complaint, and that's because this is a frequent and unjustified complaint. You ARE given that information when you click the link to read the subscription terms.

Because so many people complained they hadn't seen it (because they couldn't be bothered to click the link and read the contract), Adobe placed a short summary of the subscription terms onto the subscription sign-up page itself and put it right above where you click the link saying you agree to those subscription terms. That summary tells you about the automatic rollover from the 7-day (not 1 month) trial to the subscription, the fact that subscriptions also rollover at the end of the contract automatically and without notice, and the fact that there is a fee for canceling. They even tell you what date you have to cancel by to avoid fees.

There's only so much Adobe can do. At some point you have to take responsibility for knowing what you are agreeing to and the possible consequences of your actions.
