Adobe Serial Number & VPN issues.

Purchased CD-ROM 2023 Elements, NOT Accepting Serial Number from included card untilI I turned off my VPN - why should that matter? Or why not say that on the install page?" ? If you want to install software, turn off your VPN.

you should have seen a problem authenticating you serial number because of an adobe connection issue.

 

there are a number of relatively uncommon things that can cause this (and you found one).
