Adobe stock is unlawfully charging Sales Tax on non taxable digital goods(NY)

I have a 199 monthly membership to adobe stock. Each month you are charging me 9 percent sales tax on it when NYS does not tax digital goods.  I have been a member for year which amounts to thousands of dollars of sales tax you have collected unlawfully.  Other big companies have done this and has huge class actions filed.  Please contact me with how i will receive refund for all the months I have been charged.
