Adobe subscription

I ended my subscription with Adobe in October 2018. This was confirmed in writiing.

However, last week I noticed on my bank statment that they were still withdrawing money every month from my account.

Their explanation was that this was a glitch, that was the word they said to me.

I requested in writing an explanation as to why this happened.

All they sent me was a statment that the money would be refunded to me.

Today, they sent me another email saying:

'Reminder: We're Waiting to Hear from You

We noticed your case is still open and we’re waiting for your response. Please reply to this email or log into your Adobe Account to view your open cases and send a reply back. Your case will automatically close in 3 days if we don't hear from you'

I logged in and there is no reference to this. Also there is no reason for me to respond, the issue was supposedly resolved last week.

Does anyone here have similar experiences with Adobe or have any recommendations?

Contact Customer Care and show your ADB number. Ask them if the refund was initiated. It takes 5-7 days for the refund.
