Adobe Substance Designer & Painter in Creative Cloud

Hello,

since january (or earlier?) Adobe acquired Allegorithmic and I was really expecting some kind of announcement about it on Adobe MAX 2019 about Allegorithmic Tools in the Creative Cloud, but nothing. So I wonder what are Adobe's plans about it, if customers can expect the Tools (Especially Designer & Painter) in their Creative Cloud App, and if so, WHEN can one expect some announcements/actions about it?
