Adobe Suddenly Requires iOS Update That My Computer Will Not Support - Subscription Terms Void?
Adobe now requires Catalina in order to work on my iMac, but my iMac is a mid-2010 and will not suppor the iOS update.
I remember reading that Adobe required particular software when I signed up for the Creative Cloud subscription (annual, paid monthly). The software programs all worked just fine on my computer then.
However, I do not remember reading a warning or any explanations for what happens if there is a software update that my computer does not support. Further, when reading through the subscription terms (found HERE), I do not see anything about cancelling or being unable to cancel for an iOS or system update that Adobe suddenly requires.
Since I cannot use the software that I subscribed to based on the terms provided, I would like to cancel and feel that I should be allowed to get out of the cancellation fee.
Is there anything in the subscription terms or contract that addresses this? I'd like to read it, but the link I provided above is the only information about subscriptions/terms that I could find.
