Question

Adobe suite programs not rexognised and are automatically on trial after re-installing osx

For four years I was able to use my Adobe suite on my Mac without bigger problems. Last month I needed to re-install my osx and since then while opening e.g. Photoshop, I got a message from Adobe Reader and I basically used it as a trial, even though before this message has never appeared. But now the trial is over and I cannot use the programs at all. When I log in to Adobe, it doesn't give me an serial number but I do have all the Adobe suite programs on my hard drive. How can I go back to the state when I coule use them without the trial option (which now is expired so basically even though I own the programs I cannot use them). Could it be that during re-installing osx I did something to the IP address so it does not recognize my programs anymore? How can I change it back? Thank you!

did you properly install your programs or did you use some sort of migration tool?

if the latter, uninstall (if you can), clean and properly install per http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
