adobe support adviser

When downloading CS6 I get this message

 

installer failed to initialize. this could be due to a missing file. please download adobe support adviser to detect the problem.  what to do now?

    What do you mean with the word Downloading?

    To Download something is to get it from the Internet and place it on your computers hard drive.

    It does NOT mean to Install a program on your computer for oyu to use. That is called Installing.

    So what exactly do you mean?

    Apple did not maintain backward compatibility, so try this to install old programs
