Diego when you get done formatting your computer, and reinstalling macOS Sierra (10.12), then please see Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)  for details on how to resolve this installation error for Creative Suite 5.

I already had PS and AI installed on the MAC, but it gave me a problem, I unplugged and installed again, but I can not install, only from the error.

I believe that formatting will solve my problem. I'm already backing up, so I'll end up formatting.

Thank you all for your help.

    Thank you very much.

Here is a link to the CS5 installer. If CS5 is an upgrade from CS4, then input the CS5 serial number, select CS4 as the qualifying product and enter the CS4 serial number.

No, hopefully you don't have to format yet.

Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products

When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

    -Forum quick start https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-5601

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems?
