Adobe Survey - Scam or real?

Received a legitimate looking email asking for feedback.  It said that there had been recent changes to my account, to which I replied NO and there was another question also to which I replied NO.  The survey ended and the emai disappeared from my mailbox.

Now I am concerned that I allowed my system to be compromised!  Anyone else?
