Question

Adobe taking payment I didn't sign up for

So I haven't installed any full apps, I've only been using the trial versions. My current plan looks like this:

And yet when I checked my bank account this morning, Adobe had taken roughly £20 off me (it was 19 pounds and a number of pence I don't remember)

Why? Having an account doesn't cost money, and literally all I have done with the account is install the trial versions of Photoshop and Premiere (and been very disappointed with both to be honest). I don't really have any idea how the creative cloud service works and I was going to just forget about the account and the software from now on, but first off what could they possibly be taking money off me for? And how do I stop them from doing so?

Thanks

Your 20£ claim looks like a single app subscription.

Do as Brucgovn recommends. Update this thread afterwards.
