Question

Adobe tech support is an absolute disaster

Day three, and I'm still no closer to resolving this Creative Cloud calamity. Nobody in India seems to have the first clue about Adobe software, and their terrible phone system keeps hanging up on me. ***** [moderator deleted explicit language].

I was getting the same error. Started a few days ago. Running Windows 2007. Tried solution at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error206

Followed item: 1. (Windows 7 only) Enable Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 protocol: If you received this error on Windows 7 that uses older TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1. protocol, enable TLS 1.2 update. Once done, try to install your app again.

Clicked on enable TLS 1.2 update.

Once there, followed the instructions and ran the EasyFix.msi. (Already had SP1 installed, so skipped step #1 and went directly to step #2).

After re-booting, everything started working again.

Did you mean Windows 7? There is no Windows 2007 that I'm aware of.

@default0imatehbi98v,

You posted to an old topic from 2018 related to Application Manager on Mac Mojave so I moved your posts here to consolidate them into one thread.  Application manager is irrelevant now.

Please tell us which operating system and Adobe app or service you're struggling with.  Please be specific.

Adobe Tech Support – "Steve" from India – was totally useless in dealing with Application Manager. What't the point of Application Manager in the first place? Why is there a Creative Cloud app and an Application Manager? Adobe's software is absolute garbage, their website is a useless labyrinth of endless links to pointless topics, marketing pages and error messages, and their tech support is laughable. I wish there was an alternative to Adobe, because I'd kick them to the curb in a second.
