Adobe thinks I am signed into to 2 computers so it won't let me log in.

One of my laptops crashed and will not turn back on.  I was signed in to Creative Cloud account at the time but the laptop was turned off at the time and won't turn back on.  Got a new laptop but adobe won't let me sign in because it says I am already signed into two computers.  I usually have illustrator up and running on both of my laptops because they are in different rooms, depending on what I am working on.  Will I never be able to do that again because of the one I can't sign out of?

I'd expect it to offer a choice of signing out all computers. It has done for me in the past.
