Adobe to soon double the monthly fee for the Photography plan!

I just read that Adobe will soon double the price of the photography plan (Lr, Ps, Br) to $19.99 per month (USD). Serious Q: What are the best alternatives without a monthly fee? At the new price I'm done with Adobe.

20 GB plan is still $9.99

1 TB plan is $19.99.  It's not double the price, it's more storage.
