Adobe Treats Canadian Creates as Cash Cows

So I get a message saying that I can 

Invest in your creativity and get the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan for just US$29.99/month — a US$52.99 value

 But of course that is not available to me because my address is Canadian...What a rip off.

Perhaps the sale price expired before you followed the link? 

 

I'm not sure why you consider it a ripoff. Adobe does run regional sales. For example, there was one for the Commonwealth of Independent States a couple of days ago, but it expired on 02/27/2020. That sale wasn't available to anyone in North America. Wait a bit and there might be one for Canada.
