Hello, since this morning Thursday November 24, 2022, my adobe applications had bugs
and then crashes. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the Creative Cloud
app just spins up and never launches. Then I also tried to reinstall CC but impossible to download it
because apparently the servers are not accessible,
What is the problem?

assuming nothing adobe cc is installed on your computer:

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud

if you're unable to download the cc desktop app at this stage, use the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Worked for me. Thanks

*I had a problem with new app versions being not compatible with Win10 system and old versions installation didn't work.
