Adobe updater hung up

Hello,

This morning, Adobe updater advised about new updates. I ran the application which seems to have worked up until it hung up.

The applet on the screen indicates the following:

<Adobe Application Manager / Update Progress / Currently Updating Touch App Plugin Update.../ 25% Complete>

And then it hung up. There is no way to close this screen.
