Adobe Verification email not received on edu address

Hey guys,
Having an issue where I'm not receiving verification emails for my edu address. Password requests get sent to my recovery account but no sign of verification emails. Can't access chat or the forums with the main account and can't access chat with this account either meaning this is the only place I can ask for help.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Recently I got my new free edu email from using some methods. But I didn't know how to claim student offer in adobe. I want to purchase adobe products with low cost. Is that student offer still exit on adobe? If anyone know that, please let me know that!!

Hey Ned,
On the browser I normally use, the options aren't accessible (see attached image). In incognito mode and on Internet Explorer (cookie cache cleared and enabled), the forum page redirects to login constantly even after logging in correctly.
