Adobe won't let me buy Lightroom CC

I downloaded the app and then it asked me if I wanted to start my free trial or if I wanted to buy it. So I clicked on buy it, but when I click on the plan I want to purchase, it just doesn't load, it's like I haven't clicked on anything. What should I so?
