Adobe wont download

Please make sure that you have Local Administrator rights on your computer for installing the software. 

You may try uninstalling any previous version of Acrobat if already installed ( Except Acrobat Reader) and download the Direct Acrobat Installer from :  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html 

Hope it helps.  

And... why "I do beilieve that its not downloading due to the fact that my computer is bot a 32 bit computer its a 64 bit" Please give your details, not just your suspicions.

This is a user-to-user community.  We don't know what you purchased or for which devices.  Can you please be more specific?

• Which product?
• Which operating system?
• Which browser?
• What if any error messages are you seeing when you try to download?
