    Hey,

I managed to solve this issue using a completely different method. Go to C:\Windows, right click on "Temp" folder, go to properties, Security, select your user/group and give Full Control.

I tried all the solutions, none of them worked.
Finally, I was able to install the software using Windows Default Administrator User .
To do this, search for "lusrmgr.msc" at start and open it.
In the users folder, right-click on the administrator user and click Properties.
    Un-Check the "account is disabled".
You can also set a password for it.
Now press Windows + L on the keyboard to go to the user login.
Log in to your Administrator account and install the software.

    Another solution

There is one service that runs with the Local System account that XD CC needs.

Make sure Secondary Logon service is in manual. You do not need to run it, just need to set it to manual. Then when CC installs XD CC, it will run it.

    Hey there,

If I understand correctly you get error 191 while installing Xd in your Win10 creators edition correct?

See if the steps mentioned thread which deals with same issue works for you Re: Can't install the Adobe XD because. error 191

    Regards,
