Adobe XD starter plan hanging at 5.5% in Mac pro

Hi,

i tried to install dmg file downloaded from below link.

https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/xd?promoid=B8NR3RT1&mv=other

once installation process start, it is keep hanging at 5.5%, i tried 3 timesit is not quitting also and loader is rotating continuosly if i quit.

i tried restart and removal old XD files manually. but no use. my MAc configuraions are below

Hi, have you tried to download Adobe XD directly from the Creative Cloud app?

i tried once again from different path.

1. This time i did login to adobe.com/in

2. Desktop downlods

3. Adobe XD download

But again it fails at 22%. but better improvement seems to be. previous ones hangs at 0.6% and then 5.5%, later hangs at 22%. may be i need to install some more 20 times to get it to 100% 🙂

ok. i started to try your suggestion. so i downloaded "creative cloude app" installer and started to install it. see how it end with...:).

To get an app, again installing some other app is worse thing. but if that app also hangs...oh my god, i didnt expect this kind of situation with Adobe apps. installation is also very slow. As a freelancer i thought to buy of XD plan if i likes. but now i have to search another software for my prototypes. already wasted 2 days time on this.
