Adobe XD will not even install

Question

Hi there,

I have a laptop and a desktop. I installed Adobe XD on my laptop and have been working on it for the last couple of months. Now I have dnwloaded the .exe install file for Adobe XD on my desktop and when I try and execute it in order to install it, it simply does nothing. I have installed other Adobe softwares on my desktop with no issues but with XD I can't even the installation process started.

Any solutions?

Francesco, I would recommend using the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html to install Adobe XD. If you continue to encounter problems, then please check the logs for the error message that is preventing the installation.
