i have a problem with an old product key, not able to activate Adobe Xpro.

It s possible to resume that key, thank you

yes, it is. you'll need your serial number and your installation file (and a compatible computer).

if you're having a problem and this (Activation and deactivation troubleshooting (adobe.com)) fails to help, exactly what problem are you having?
