#_AdobeError_# 1603

Have been running cs3 for quite a while on Windows 7 64 bit. Suddenly it was impossible to run any of the programs. A message about license error was displayed. Tried everything I could find about this but nothing worked. Therefore I uninstalled everything I tried to install it again. Now I have been struggling a couple of days to install it but it simply refuses. Have tried lots of things found on forums but nothing helps. Status is that the log included lines with: #_AdobeError_# 1603

I don't know if this is the cause...but I have tried everything in

http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-1603-install-cs3-cs4.html

without any luck.

Now I also have the problem

Error 1904.Module C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\FlDbg9c.ocx failed to register

found in the eventviewer. Previously I got rid of the problem by register the osx manually, but know it seems to appear again.

PLEASE help me. I have important things to do in Photoshop, I have spent days trying to solve it.

I would recommend starting with using the uninstaller in Start>Control Panels>Programs & Features.  Once you have attempted and hopefully completed this task then please run the Clean up tool.  You can find more details regarding this at CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.

So the entires remain in Programs & Features even after running the uninstaller and running the cleaner tool?  Are you using some type of system optimizer/registry cleaner on your system?
