AdobelPCBroker system error bcrypt.dll not found

Can anyone help? Earlier today my computer said it ran into an error and had to restart but right after that I had a pop up AdobelPCBroker.exe system error  The code extension cannot proceed because bcrypt.dll was not found.  I've tried uninstalling adobe stuff from my computer to reinstall it but it won't let me uninstall. I've tried stopping the tasks but it constantly shows and frequently reaches 300+ Also, Windows Media Player was removed.
