Adobre creative cloud in my laptop mac

I use the full suite of ACC on desktop with windows system. Now, I want to use it on my laptop Mac, but it doesn't allow me to do so. Is it because it is a different OS?

Should I buy another suscription to be able to install it on Mac?

Do not buy another subscription, it will not help. You are ALLOWED to run Creative Cloud on either Mac or Windows. It's different apps of course.

So... please tell us

1. exactly what version of Mac OS you are running?

2. exactly what happens when you try to run Creative Cloud on the Mac?

    1. This is the OS of my MacBook air 2019: Big Sur Version 11.6

    2. I just got to the second step, where the user an pw are required. I already revised those aspects and are Ok.

    @mariomanza That dialog box has got nothing to do with Adobe.

     

    It's your macOS operating system asking for your Mac admin username and password in order to get permission to install the software on your local hard drive.

     

    Windows has a similar feature called User Account Control.
