For which product you have purchased a Subscription/Membership? As i reviewed your Adobe ID( email address ) you have utilized to post here on forums and i could not locate any Subscription/Membership.
What is the exact error code/message if you are getting any? Kindly attach a screen shot. How to post a screenshot in the forum
