After 4 years of uninterrupted use, Adobe Application Manager suddenly stops my Adobe programs from opening and asks me to sign up for a 30-day trial. I have a license under my company but don't have the serial # on hand and don't use Adobe CC. What do I do?

General specs:

Macbook Pro: OS Version 10.12.3

Photoshop CS6

This is a shot in the dark, but have you tried clicking the "License This Software" button? (not the "Buy Now"). I know from working with the CC versions, you'll sometimes get the trial window but then entering your Adobe ID/credentials will make it work again. There might be something that has prevented it from "checking in" lately, and it just needs a license revalidation.

No guarantees, but something to try!

I really don't have any good news.

Companies buy license "seats" in bulk. It's called an Enterprise or Volume License. You don't own the license, they do. You have to contact them.

In the tiny chance it's an Individual license and they have the serial registered in their name, then you have to see if they will release that information.
