After Affects CC Downloads at 42% then fails to download

Hi!

I have a problem with After Effects CC I want to try the free trial and when i download it goes to 42% then fails then I press retry it continues at 42 percent and says fail again.

I tried re installing CC but it did nothing

Please help

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. Typically this behavior indicates that the installer is waiting for another process to shut down or finish, but what exactly it is we really can't know with so little information.

Im using my macbook and it's running on OS X El Capitan and the specs are rubbish but here it is

1.3 GHz Intel Core i5

4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

And intel Graphics HD (Yes i know it's rubbish)
