after being member the download for cs6 does not start

after being member I select CS6, press the download button for cs6 but downloading process does not start, what should I do more ?

    Atre4 do you receive any specific error messages when trying to begin the download process?  Which operating system are you using exactly?  Finally where are you downloading Creative Suite 6 from?
