after delteing all adobe products can i download them from the internet

After deleting all my adobe products because of the adobe acrobate updater issue will i beable to download my potoshop and elements products from the internet?

I have the cd for the adobe acrobat 9 pro but not the elements and phot shop and the adobe regular reader.
