After download of MAC version of PSE 2024, no option visible to download PC Version.

Hoping this is an easy one. I have Adobe PSE 2022 on a PC. Bought a new Mac, treated myself to PSE 2024, and successfully downloaded the MAC OS version. [ So at that point I had 2024 on the new MAC and 2022 on the old PC.] Then I wanted to download the PC version of PSE 2024 to my old PC, but the website is only giving me the option to download the MAC OS version; there is no option (link) for download of the PC version when I go to Manage My Account window. I see the past purchases there (2022 & 2024) and a link to download 2024 MAC version (did that), but no link to download the 2024 PC version. I understood that the purchase included rights to download for both platforms for as long as 2024 was supported by Adobe. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

If you look on your accounts page under Plans and Payment>Products you can see whether

your license is for Windows, Mac or Multi Platform (Mac and Windows).

If for example, your Platform (license) is for Mac, then that's why there is no link for a Windows download.

I don't think PSE 2024 is available as dual platform. A license for each operating system must be purchased.

Some older versions have been available as dual platform.

you can download both, but whether you have serial numbers for both is another matter.

contact support to see if you purchased both. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
