After downloading Both Photo shop Ele. 12

I am attempting to reinstall both Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12. I downloaded both files into my folder and tried to launch to install.  I get an error message on both programs which says, "The file archive part of Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 is missing.  You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. Please download all parts"  The same message for Premiere Elements 12.  How do I get the files I need to install these programs.?

    Install again please try downloading a fresh copy of the installation files at Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 Direct Download Links, Premiere too | ProDesignTools.  Please make sure to complete the Very Important Instructions prior to scrolling down the page and clicking on the download links.


    Well I finally made it. I downloaded the Adobe Photo and Elements 12

    programs, burned each one on a separate disc and then installed from the

    newly created disc. It worked.

    I had been instructed to copy my files into a separate folder, then put it on my desktop and launch from there.
