after downloading photoshop, a zip folder with a lot of icons appeared, what t do next??

    you need to extract this folder by using any archive tool e.g. winzip etc.

    When extract the folder, you probably have setup.exe to install the application. you need to double click this file in order to start installation.

    Please let me know if this is no the case. BTW what version of Photoshop application you have downloaded and on What Operating System?

    the zip folder lists download instructions in different languages.  it doesn't have the option of setup.exe.

     

    after I finished downloading, the zip folder appeared along with a white box.  Whenever I click on the white box it reads as an extractor, which I go thru too, yet the software icon does not appear.

     

    I purched Adobe Photoshop & In Design.  My computer is a Dell with Windows8.

     

    Please advise.
