After Effect Free Trial download page cannot works. It showing "We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support." for few days. Is this problem gonna be solved soon?

Hi,

I have tried the method via installing CreativeCloudInstaller, it does not show AE in the application list.

It seems like I do not meet the minimum requirement for installing AE, my computer is in 32bit instead of 64bit.

It would be more helpful if they showing more accurate message in the CC installer and the Free Trial link page in Adobe website.

If you are facing issue while accessing Creative Cloud desktop app download page , clear cache n cookies and try ,  or try with different browser.

Or you may try with direct link :

Windows :

Hi,

Please refer to the help documents below to download the Adobe CC desktop app:

Creative Cloud for desktop

Download, install, update, or uninstall apps


Once you have the Cc app installed you can install from the that itself.
