After Effects and Premier Pro cs4 installation

I have a computer that runs on a 32 bit system. As such, I cannot use the cs6 versions of After Effects and Premier Pro cc. I have succesfully downloaded the cs4 versions and have the files on my computer. I unzipped the files, and tried to run the application. I am asked to extract the files (again) in order to run them. I do so, but after extraction is completed, the diolouge box closes, and nothing happens.

I have tried this several times, I have completly shut down my computer, but this loop keeps occuring.

After the extraction is through, the setup may need to be initiated manually with the setup.exe/ installer files in the folder that was extracted....
